Another excellent day on the water and our 3rd state, South Carolina!
We know we should slow down! Most Loopers spend a couple of nights at each stop. We do this rarely. Plus, there are so many cool places we’re skipping altogether. Loopers have told us we’re crazy (ya think!?), and to slow down :-). But, we need to be in Norfolk, VA for the AGLCA Spring Rendezvous which begins May 5th. The AGLCA is the acronym for America’s Great Loop Cruisers Association. It’s a great opportunity to learn from the experts and make friends with others that are on our same track.
Not too much to communicate about the days travel. Coastal South Carolina is beautiful. We passed by Hilton Head island and unsurprisingly, it has a lot of sandy beach.
We enjoyed a short walk in Beaufort and then dinner with Don and Robbin at Dockside – a locals favorite restaurant.
….and tomorrow we’re on the move again 🙂
